Popular spot for happy hour. I came with a group of coworkers and had a great time. The stuffed nachos is more like stuffed ravioli or empanada. The portion is big though. I love my mango margaritas!

Met some friends here for happy hour so my review is based only on that experience. I loved the ambiance of the bar area with lanterns suspended all around the bar plus the Christmas lights that were still up. Christina was our server and she was very friendly. Amazingly she got all of our bills sorted out correctly- we were a big group and we move around a lot. I had the white sangria which was good but not great. Food items I sampled were chicken quesadillas and fransican bites??? Can't remember exact name but sausage was main feature. Both items were tasty.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Candice was our server and did a great job of taking care of us. Great place with exceptional service. We sat on the enclosed patio next to the fire and enjoyed it. We ordered appetizers for the table that included the Franciscan Bacon Wraps (really tasty) & the Guacamole (ok but not amazing - was not their tableside version which may or may not be better). We also ordered the barbacoa street tacos & a chicken quesadilla to share. Only issue we had was some dirty appetizer plates that they brought out but that was remedied pretty quickly. We would definitely go back....

One of my favorite patios and one of the few that keep it going all year! The parking lot is always packed but I've never had to wait long. Service has always been good for me! Their happy hour is great and I love their margaritas! Last night I had beef enchiladas. They were perfect and their salsa and refried beans are my favorite The chips are fresh along with everything else! Try it! You won't regret it.

Quick lunch today with a long time friend. As everyone has already reviewed, the patio seating is excellent. They had the heaters on to take away the chill. It can get a bit loud out there even with the open area, but nothing too bad. Service was excellent friendly, prompt and efficient. What I ordered: Chicken chimichanga: (3.75/5). Decent sized portion. Cooked well, but I found the chicken flavor to be missing something. I think I will pay extra for the Barbacoa next time.

Grabbed lunch Sunday while out running errands. Conveniently located by West County Mall. I had the chicken chimichanga and my niece their fajita nachos. We opted for the patio seating, it was a gorgeous day in The Lou. Their salsa and chips are worth the trip themselves. We also did a side of guacamole. I personally love the fact that their guac is not full of raw onion chunks or pico de gallo (I do not like raw tomato or onion). Their chips can also be purchased at Dierbergs if you ever have a craving for them. Stop in and enjoy the great service, indoor or outdoor seating, and some great food.

Rosalinas Cantina is a fairly good Mexican restaurant, I have been here a few times and each time I get the same meal which us the Pollo Cancun, it's grilled chicken breast and grilled shrimp over a bed of yellow rice and queso cheese on top, I do not eat seafood so I get mine minus the shrimp and add veggies. The meal is consistently good each time I go. The service has always been great I have zero complaints about the service no matter how busy it is my servers has always came to the table more than once to refill glasses and just to make sure we were doing alright. The ambiance, on the other hand, is what keeps me coming back. They have an outside patio that can be used all 4 seasons. It's heated in the colder months and has ample fans in the warmer months. They have fire places as well and TVs outside to watch as we. I'll have to say it's pretty expensive in my opinion but that hasn't kept me from coming back.

We went to Rosalita's for a work celebration in honor of the best business partner ever! We started off with the tamale and flautas appetizers. I guess we ate them so fast I'm not sure if I got pictures. The tamales were perfect and I enjoyed the sauces they were smothered in. I ordered the grouper with cilantro coconut rice and vegetables. The grouper was seasoned well and cooked just right. It's a delicate fish so it's easy to overdo it, but the chef was on point. I would totally order this dish again. We ordered a couple pitchers of margaritas because we were celebrating and really enjoy poisoning our livers. The margaritas here are not bitter tasting like at some restaurants. Needless to say we left feeling very happy! LOL! There's plenty of parking, the staff is very helpful and friendly. And I would recommend a visit asap!
